Project Specifications
The Mallard Lake project included a full fire sprinkler system supported by a 20,000-gallon fire water holding tank, living quarters reconfiguration for fire-code compliance, emergency egress and ADA modifications, a climate-controlled six-car garage with office and common space, and a new roof system.
Outcome
The project transformed the facility into a code-compliant, higher-efficiency property ready for commercial kitchen operations, residential use, and secure vehicle storage.
